Create it first in cPanel → MySQL® Databases: a new database, a new user, then Add User To Database with ALL PRIVILEGES.

Database nameThe full name as cPanel shows it, starting with modapkcom_.

Database user Password

Database host (leave "localhost" on cPanel)

Hostlocalhost, or host:port / a socket path if your host says so.
